Bradbury Center Logo

A modernized logotype designed for the Center for Ray Bradbury Studies located in Indianapolis. The center is one of the largest single-author archives in the United States, containing over 100,000 pages of Ray Bradbury’s literary work.

In Roc Grotesk Wide, “Bradbury Center” is written under its logotype. A simplistic solar system connects the letters and references the science-fiction author’s love of outer space. Although my design was not chosen as the final logo, it was a pleasure working with the Bradbury Center’s staff and learning about the author.

Ray Bradbury was motivated and inspired by his childlike curiosity for life, leading him to write some of the most popular science-fiction novels of all time. Influenced by this, I created a color scheme reminiscent of elementary education: Fahrenheit 451 red, yellow, green, and blue. For optimal use, this logo is scalable.
